1. Promotion exists on the purchase of a Titan Bunded Oil tank. Model dependent on outcome of site survey and customer requirements.

  2. Promotion consists of cash back value as much as £500 (inc VAT) and a minimum of £300 (inc VAT) dependent on the tank specified as a result of the site survey and customer requirements. The cash back value will also be dependent on the take up of both the installation and tank purchase combined. Cash back value will be at the discretion of Mitchell & Webber or Kingspan Environmental Ltd if only part of promotion is taken up i.e. tank only or installation only.

  3. Payment terms to be agreed prior to commencement of work. To qualify for the cashback, full settlement will be required. Mitchell and Webber reserves the right to deduct cashback value on final settlement should this be requested. Otherwise, the cashback cheque will be made payable to the specified householder name.

  4. The closing date to register your interest will be specified on the promotional material received and will be tracked in accordance with the specified promotion. Mitchell & Webber reserves the right to amend the promotion end date at any time.

  5. By registering interest the participant agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Mitchell & Webber may require.

  6. No part of the promotion is exchangeable for cash (Exc. the money for the purchase of the tank) or any Mitchell & Webber product.

  7. If the advertised promotional offering is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative offering of equal or greater value.

  8. The scrappage scheme offer is specific to certain geographical areas and will be rolled out in phases. Please note this offer may not be available in your area at present but if you are interested we can keep your details on file and inform you when or if another scheme will be operational in your area.
