PLANNED DELIVERY
For real peace of mind, you can enjoy our Planned Delivery Service. This way, refilling
your tank is OUR responsibility, not yours. You do not need to remember to phone
us – or even to be at home when we deliver. We are able to anticipate your
requirements and arrange deliveries to keep your tank topped up leaving a metered
delivery ticket so you know exactly how much has been delivered.
MAINTENANCE SCHEME
We operate the most comprehensive boiler maintenance scheme available, which is
free to join with no advanced charges. It covers all oil fired appliances from cookers
and domestic boilers to large commercial installations. Our engineers are all fully
qualified and we operate to the highest OFTEC codes of practice. By joining this
scheme our expert engineers will be available to assist you 365 days of the year.
Regular boiler servicing is essential to minimize the risk of breakdown. This not only
ensures that your boiler operates cleanly and at maximum efficiency, but can actually
reduce your fuel expenditure.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT SCHEME
The cost of your heating can be spread evenly over the year and saves you having to
pay out lump sums that could be at an inconvenient time. There are no interest
charges for this service.
Variable Direct Debit:
Should you wish to pay by this method please complete the enclosed mandate
and write the word TOTAL in the amount section. You will then receive a month
end statement after a delivery and this will show the amount that will be taken
automatically on the 15th of the following month.
or 12 Monthly Plan:
You can choose to spread the cost of your fuel over 12 months, with quarterly
statements so you can keep track and review the position over the year. The monthly
payment can be paid on either the 5th, 10th or 15th of each month. At the end of
June each year there will be a review of your account and we can advise you if your
regular payments need to be adjusted. If there is an outstanding balance at the end
of June this can be settled with a cheque or credit card or by increasing your direct
debits over the next months. If your account is in credit you may request a refund.
