Flexible Payment Methods
We have several methods of payment options:
Flexible Payment Plan
The cost of your heating is spread evenly over the year and avoids having to pay out lump sums, which could be at an inconvenient time.
We collect payment by direct debit each month either on the 5th, 10th,or 15th of the month. You know exactly how much your heating cost is each month.
Quarterly statements are submitted so that we can monitor both your oil consumption and balance of account. We can adjust your payments as necessary but a settlement either way takes place in June every year.
There are no interest charges for this service.
Variable Direct Debit
This is an excellent scheme if you prefer to keep up to date with payments. You will receive a month end statement after a delivery which will show the amount that will be taken automatically on the 10th of the following month.
Normal Credit Terms
If you already hold an account with us you are welcome to pay by our normal credit terms.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Please call our customer services staff on 01209 821881. We accept most Visa/Mastercard credit cards. We also accept most Debit cards.
