Bio Fuels
The way ahead is the "green" way - and we have exclusive rights to sell RIX bio diesel in Cornwall. This offers a considerable reduction in harmful exhaust gas emissions whilst improving engine lubrication and increasing your fuel economy by up to 5%.
Bio diesel is made from renewable resources, such as new or used vegetable oils and animal fats. It can be used immediately in all diesel vehicles without the need for any modifications or changes - and vehicles can revert to ordinary diesel if refuelling at an outlet not offering bio diesel.
Bio diesel offers a dramatic improvement in urban air quality. Not only does the environment benefit, but tests have shown that in a blend of 95% fossil fuel and 5% bio diesel, the lubricity improves engine and fuel efficiency by up to 5%.
It also has a high flash point, making it much safer for handling and storage and also uniquely suitable for use in environmentally sensitive areas.
We can supply other blends of Biodiesel such as a 10%, 20% or 50% blend, however supply of these higher blends can only be in bulk and subject to a closed fleet and warranty issues agreed with you.
